I have the right to deny service - I’m allowed to deny any service if I see fit, same with cancelling one in progress, of course that means if you paid you will be refunded.

I do NOT allow my work to be used in AI - Title says it all, but should the commissioner decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of my work through the use of such technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge an extra fee per artwork, that’s non-negotiable.
